Use create-slice.ipynb in notebooks directory.

Slice structure is captured in the YAML files in model directory. slice_topology_0.yml and slice_topology_1.yml can be used as templates with descriptions. There are other yaml files that can be used as examples to create slices. Create your own yaml file that describes the slice, then on the notebook, specify the yaml file and slice name, and run.
