Depending on the bitstream loaded on to the FPGA, the number of PCI devices changes. For example, ESNet's FPGA bitstream uses two Xilinx PCI devices but OCT's FPGA bitstream uses one Xilinx PCI device. This artifact will perform PCI rescan to setup the required Xilinx PCI devices for your experiment.
